David and Lee headed the Stock Condition Survey department at Countrywide Surveyors before setting up in partnership together to undertake similar work. They had already built up a reputation for undertaking this type of work and were encouraged by many friends in the business to take this step.The partnership grew rapidly, with receiving many recommendations for work from clients and colleagues in the industry.
Our reputation for collecting good quality data has led to many doors opening. We also sub-contract to larger organisations which recognise the importance of accurate and timely data collection.
David and Lee in 2006 took the step of becoming a limited company, and have moved into their new centre of operations in Regent Street, Rugby, from where they intend to expand the business further.
